When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet. Reply to your confirmation email and we will sort it out.

How long does delivery take?

Tracked delivery typically arrives within 7-14 business days after your order ships. Shipping is free on orders over $50.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship across Canada and the United States. More destinations are on the way.

How do I clean beds and blankets?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Covers are removable on every bed we carry.

Are your materials safe for pets who chew?

Everything is made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials. That said, no toy is indestructible — please supervise heavy chewers.

What is your return policy?

Thirty days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging. We cover the return label on defective items.

My item arrived damaged. What now?

Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement or refund you — usually no return needed.
