What we collect

When you shop with Whisker and Bark, we collect only what we need to serve you: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided), and order details. Payment information is processed securely by our payment providers — we never see or store your full card number.

Like most websites, we also automatically collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through cookies, used to keep the site working and understand how it's used.

How we use it

  • To send order confirmations and shipping updates

  • To send marketing emails — only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store — payment processors, shipping carriers, and our ecommerce platform (Shopify) — and only for the purposes above, or when required by law.

Data retention & security

We keep order records as long as required for tax and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them. Your data is stored on Shopify's secure infrastructure.

Children

Our store is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
