Shipping policy

Processing — Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times — Tracked delivery typically arrives within 7–14 business days in the United States and Canada. Remote areas may take a few days longer.

Shipping rates — Free shipping on orders over $50 USD. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Order tracking — Every order includes a tracking number. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Lost or damaged in transit — If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll replace it or refund you in full.
