30-Day Returns
We want you and your pet to love everything you order from Whisker & Bark. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund.
How to start a return
- Email us through our contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Our team will reply within 24 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened consumable products (such as dental powder) can only be returned if defective.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
